QUANTOFIX Ascorbic Acid Test Strips
For the rapid and reliable determination of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in food.
Ascorbic acid is naturally found in many foods (fruits and vegetables). It is also added to juices or fruits as a stabilising and reducing agent. Thus, ascorbic acid is an important parameter in the fruit producing and food processing industry.
Directions for use
Dip QUANTOFIX Ascorbic Acid test strip into the test solution for 10 seconds. Shake off excess liquid. Wait 30 seconds. Compare the test field with the colour scale. If ascorbic acid is present the test field turns green to blue.
Store QUANTOFIX Ascorbic Acid in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture.
